I feel like it's borderline irresponsible for WRAL to report it that way. They did literally no explanation of what the other scandal was, or explained how this would affect lobbying.The "typical" person reading that article doesn't come away with how slimy of a thing that is to do.

^^^ yea the way it has been going they might almost make one Republican Agenda Bill that can be the catch-all bill with a copy/paste of the national republican agenda... it would cut down on the thinking the NCGA would have to do... you know with all those different bills.
