I checked on ebay and there a bunch for sale... but it looks like they all have tape on them blocking the person's name. Do they check this on flights or am I okay buying them on ebay?

i had a handful i took on a flight a few months ago and the attendant said they dont do drink coupons anymore, but proceeded to offer a free alcoholic drink to the plane.

unless they came out with a newer deal.

I'm not sure if this trick still works considering they probably have internet on planes now, but previously I would always use a credit card that will decline (VISA gift card with $0 balance) and they would not run the card until after the plane landed and the passengers were off of the plane, thus getting me unlimited free drinks.
