probably call time warner cable and tell them you want to cancel your service.

FYI. You can't just cancel with time warner cable. For example at my apt I am in a contract with them until 2014. I tried to get out once and it automatically renewed. Time Warner is evil.

Yeah, thats what i did when i was with TWC. They just took the equipment and canceled the service. Wouldn't hurt to complain about crappy service.
