I would be more inclined to care if that text wasn't worded like it was written by the Unabomber. I would expect if protesters are on a banks property, the bank would try and work with authorities I control this. This isn't evidence of a conspiracy.

This should come as no surprise. Most political movements get monitored by these institutions. The civil rights movement was as well. Any effort to criticize establishment power is naturally met with resistance.
