Hey guys. So I have a Verizon Droid Razr. I'm in Key West on vacation, and after taking a few videos down here, noticed that my phone was showing me a notification of low internal memory storage space. I was presented with an option to move all photos and/or videos to the SD card. I selected to move photos, and pressed "Move" to start the transfer. A few minutes later the progress bar in my notifications drop-down was at 20%, and appeared stalled, so I touched this line on the drop-down notifications bar thinking that I might be able to skip a file or at least just see progress. When I touched the progress bar line in the notification drop-down, the line disappeared, and I am now unable to locate a large number of my pictures, especially but not limited to those from the last few days.

I restarted the phone after noticing this, and of course the transfer did not restart. My pictures are also still missing. They show up with an icon as a placeholder in the correct order, but the phone can't locate them when I click on that placeholder icon.

Any ideas!?

1. Send your phone to data-recovery.
2. Hope you never saw kiddie porn on it.
