To sum up, Jackson who is caught up in a fairly large and fairly obvious corruption case claims he has developed depression as a result. He is now saying he won't resign until he gets disability pay. His colleagues in congress are currently deciding whether or not to give it to him. My money is on him walking away with free money for life.
