My ISP doesn't have ESPN3, so I'm trying to find a good link to the replay, besides Espn3.
10/7/2012 9:11:42 PM
I think it will be replayed sometime tomorrow on ESPNU.
10/7/2012 9:14:15 PM
don't have it...internet only
10/7/2012 9:15:01 PM
Are you able to access WatchESPN? It should be simulcast on it. If not, I'd say you'd have to see if someone has a torrent.
10/7/2012 9:18:09 PM
Nope...wave cable in Silverdale, WA.
10/7/2012 9:20:22 PM
^^^^Good call. There's a replay on ESPNU at 4am Tuesday; DVR set. I know that doesn't help you, kdogg(c) but I thought others might be interested. There will probably be a torrent at some point.

we got the benefit of every controversial replay including the three in a row at the end of the game that all could've ended the game. the elbow down thornton tdthe benjamin catch through the ground on 3rd downthe leaping to block the puntthe bobbled dropped by peyton on 4th down
10/7/2012 9:34:27 PM
On SportscenterU this morning they said the replay would be shown on ESPNU Mon @8:15
10/7/2012 9:36:13 PM
^^Wait, did they review the punt block? I thought they picked up the flag without any kind of review. Pretty easy call, I thought.[Edited on October 7, 2012 at 9:38 PM. Reason : ^Thanks. It still shows at teams TBA in my guide.]
10/7/2012 9:36:52 PM
Yeah, they just said no foul on the play since the punt was blocked. I think they were going to call roughing the kicker. Jimbo wanted leaping over the shield, but our player went through the shield.

^^ I'm not sure about the Benjamin catch, but I'ven't seen replays of it. The rest were easy calls from what we could tell in the stands.[Edited on October 7, 2012 at 9:46 PM. Reason : Also, who cares how we won? We fuckin' won!]
10/7/2012 9:43:21 PM
Tomorrow at 8:30pm on ESPNUTuesday 10/9, 4AM on ESPNU
10/7/2012 9:50:51 PM
OP doesn't deserve to watch it seeing as how completely gave up on the game as it was being playedfake ass fan
10/7/2012 11:21:36 PM
The FSU guy definitely caught the ball, was inbounds, and controlled the ball on that one long pass
10/7/2012 11:41:48 PM
on our 4th down catch at the 3,the ball clearly popped out on the way to the ground and our wr may or may not have cradled it but didn't have clean possession. It was a really close call without enough evidence to overturn.
10/8/2012 12:01:42 AM
^^ and then promptly fell to the ground and dropped the pass.^ and he kept his hands under the ball and kept it from hitting the ground. it's like you tards don't even begin to know the rules at this point[Edited on October 8, 2012 at 12:23 AM. Reason : ]
10/8/2012 12:22:46 AM
motherfucker didn't drop the pass and you know it, controlled it all the way to the ground until he was laying flat
10/8/2012 6:54:46 AM
^i am impressed you know the rule book so much better than the replay officials. you should write a letter to the editor of the N&O to expose this mass conspiracy
10/8/2012 7:34:38 AM
because refs never make mistakescommentators were surprised too
10/8/2012 8:00:30 AM
yeah, we stole that callfsu was godawful in the second half anyway, though

You dbags can really ruin ANY thread
10/8/2012 9:27:40 AM
NICE! So glad there is a replay. I was at a bachelor party Saturday night so watched the 2nd half from the bar of a titty club, so needless to say I was pretty distracted. Forgot to set my DVR.
10/8/2012 9:43:37 AM
10/8/2012 11:47:52 AM
^Good work.
10/8/2012 12:08:26 PM
uhh, he hit the ground and the ball came out of his hands... you do realize you have to maintain control, right? He didn't maintain control. Thus, incomplete pass. This aint hard, dude
10/8/2012 1:49:18 PM
^^^I like how you use the black/white for Bad State and color for Good State, just like your Maryland game video.[Edited on October 8, 2012 at 1:56 PM. Reason : GO STATE]
10/8/2012 1:56:40 PM
ball was controlled, and control was maintained. ball didn't come out until well after he was down.It was initially called incomplete because they didn't think his foot was down, as you can see the ref indicate and the fact that it was waved off before he was down.
10/8/2012 2:23:34 PM
10/8/2012 2:33:16 PM
when he was signalling that the feet werent down?
10/8/2012 2:41:54 PM
[Edited on October 8, 2012 at 2:43 PM. Reason : .]
10/8/2012 2:43:06 PM
His feet being down don't matter when he's bobbling the football.
10/8/2012 2:55:37 PM
He wasn't bobbling it, he had controlThe reason it was initially waved off was because the ref didn't think he had a foot down which is why they waived it off before he hit the ground
10/8/2012 3:06:45 PM
Ref clearly calls it bobbling right off the bat, dude.
10/8/2012 3:09:11 PM
You all can think what you want, I don't care. It was a complete pass and we dodged a bullet.
10/8/2012 3:11:19 PM
The call on the field was that he was bobbling the ball as he went out of bounds, so obviously, it was ruled an incomplete pass. It looked to me (both live and in the replays) that he was not bobbling the ball. After the review, you hear the ref say he did not maintain control of the ball as he went to the ground (which is completely different than bobbling the ball). I did not realize this rule/interpretation (which I think is stupid) was adopted in college. Does anyone know when the NCAA adopted it? I trust the the refs know the rules so since that's the rule, it's a pretty easy call to make. I don't get the argument going on above. Also, even it was a catch by the rule book, who the fuck cares? Some of you fuckers need to learn how to enjoy a big win.
