I posted my Jeep TJ on craigslist 8/23. I cant fing the friggin thing! In my account the listing is still active and the add has a ton of keywords, but I cant find it when I search (which I'm assuming means potential buyers cant find it either). Here is the link to the add:http://raleigh.craigslist.org/cto/3223858629.htmlAnyone else have this problem or an idea of whats going on?

How long ago did you post it? Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes for my ads to show up on craigslist.Oh...and how many miles on that Jeep? Because I think you're asking too much.[Edited on August 24, 2012 at 8:11 AM. Reason : .]

did you do the confirmation email?

^,^^if not those, you may have been ghosted, meaning CL thought your ad was spam and posted your ad, but hid it from view. Same rules about reposting ad apply (waiting period, etc.). I forget what all the CL experts say about why you get ghosted, but you can search to find. Something about punctuation in title, mentioning "this is not spam", formatting of ad body, a bunch of strange shit.[Edited on August 24, 2012 at 8:11 AM. Reason : .]

^Yeah the first time I posted the add it got flagged, so I put up a new add and put the "this is not spam" on the first page. ^^^It was posted 8/23, like I said in the op.

^if it got flagged and you reposted within the xx hr window when you're not supposed to repost, then I think it ghosts you... I think?

^I waited 24hrs and then reposted the same add. Upon further research it does seem it got ghosted. Its funny, I had it up for a rather high $10k before it got spammed, and got 4 emails in a few hours. It makes total sense.

I thought the window was like 3 days or something like that?

Oh is it? I deleted this current add, and I'm going to a different IP today and I'll post up a different add with different words. Also they said adding html links were sure to get you ghosted.

I thought so, but I could be wrong.Posting from another IP and email address should get you by, with the suggested changes to prevent ghosting. Once your ad is up and live (e.g. is seen in the results), then I think you can edit to include html and other stuff.
