Found a job and have to move. Move in as early as August 25. The electric bill runs from August 12-September 12 and I will pay all of it so you won't have to worry about the electric bill until October 12.

I paid the $100 deposit so no deposit needed.

Rent is $325 and includes water. Utilities run about 50 dollars. No pets. Located off Kent Rd, on the other side of the subway on western. Neighbors are quiet and it is close to school.

4 rooms, the three other roommates are all graduate students (2PHD and 1Masters), considerate, and clean.
