Pretty sure it's impossible but just want to make sure. Sprint galaxy s2 froze I pulled the battery only to find all my text gone. There was some pretty important stuff that may be useful (I know I should have backed it up) . Sprint doesn't record text bland if they did I wouldn't be able to get them WO a court order. I've recovered lost data from hard drives before but don't know if it's possible with a phone. Anybody seen any data recovery software for phones?

File probably got corrupted and your texts are gone because of it. Likely, there's no coming back for them.

this is why you download the noods to your sd card^^I'd agree with that. Can't think of any other reason a battery pull would lose saved data.]

If the original file is still there, it may be human readable. I'd google for where his phone stores texts, and see if there it's a file there he can read.
