it's exactly like u-woods apartment except its off kent.

No pets.

Dimensions, im guessing around 12x12

The guy who might end up moving for another job is willing to pay for august and leave the safety deposit. Although he doesn't know when he will move if he gets it but it will most likely be mid August.
