If you decide to go with history, check out History of Modern Science with Kimmler. He's a great professor. I had that class back in 2006 though so I don't know if he still teaches it.Intro to film was another fun one, just make sure you don't have it early in the morning. It's hard to stay away through some of the older/slow films.

technology in history is a great class if you don't mind writing a bit. HI341 i think

^i took that. forget who the professor was. we had to read a few books and write papers on them. midterm and a final i think. it wasn't hard, but i think you could find less time-consuming options for this credit. the material kinda seemed like what you'd learn watching a few history channel shows or modern marvels

i throw my votes in for History of Modern Science and Technology in History. Took both of them back in the '05/'06 time frame; enjoyed them very much.

I will never understand why we are required to take retarded classes like these. Why can't a foreign language class be an option? It would actually be very useful

I took History of Art. It was kind of boring for the most part, but it wasn't terribly difficult. There were a good number of hot chicks in the class too.

If HI341 is taught by that same woman, do not take it. She's not a good lecturer and there is a ton of reading.Material is interesting thoughOne class I really enjoyed was an architecture or design history class I took, I can't remember what the number was but it was in the design school
