Hey you guys one of our roommates is moving out June 30th and we're looking to sign a lease from July into December. So if you're a student or just looking for a short term deal, look us up. We've been at this awesome house since November of last year. It's in a friendly, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes or less from downtown, around 15 from NCSU, and less than 10 from Wake Tech North Campus. We're a guy and a girl, so we have no preference in sex. We're pretty cleanly, although not neat freaks, we do try to keep a tidy house. We're pretty mellow, laid back, and open minded. We understand everyone needs their own space.

The front yard isn't much, there is a driveway, but we do have a giant fenced in backyard and screened in porch. The backyard is worth it, trust me. It's an oasis. Utilities usually run around $80 bucks a month.

Although we'd like to sign someone up from July to December, we're on month to month right now so we'd consider someone if they were just looking for a place for July since August seems a more popular month to move in.
