got a phone and am now seeking a charger for this samsung phone. its a dual way flip phone (flips sideways and normal way)

Verizon didnt carry the appropriate charger--due to it being a little dated...anybody got some oldies sitting around

charger is 1/3 of an inch wide and tapered at the edges

it's probably a microusb. any standard microusb charger should work.

verizon definitely has micro usb chargers since all the new phones have that

sounds more like a mini usb which is a bit older so its possible that none of the new phones use that style. still a very common one though so I'm sure you could find one.

Probably one of Samsung's proprietary chargers. Phone is either an Alias 1 or 2 since those are the only horizontal and vertical flips they have.
