Early 20's professional female looking to rent out a room in my 3BR/2BA house. You wouldn't have to share a bathroom except when there are people over (hall/guest bathroom). Asking $575/month including everything - all utilities, cable/wireless internet (UVerse), etc. No minimum lease time - just asking for a month's deposit and references. The room will be available Memorial Day weekend or later.

The house is in a pretty quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes down Six Forks from North Hills mall. It has a back deck and a fenced backyard - perfect for grilling out. I have a sweet 85 lb. black lab so you've got to be okay with dogs I'm open to having additional pets around as long as they get along with him.

I'm pretty laid back, quiet during the week since I work full time but I go out on the weekends, very responsible and respectful, and clean up after myself - pretty much looking for someone who is similar.
