is there a way to route my internet traffic through different connections? I'd like my browser traffic to go through my phone (bypass work internet block), but I need work server (explorer based) traffic to be on my work network (local and remote servers)...

set a metric on the phone connection to like 10 and the work connection to 100

FWIW, this may be against your company's policy if you care about stuff like that.Essentially you're creating a bridge from the unfiltered internet to your corporate network. It's the same concept as letting your users selectively bypass the VPN for certain traffic.
