I don't understand people who shower in the mornings. You carry all the "filth" you've collected all day and just plop into bed, making your bed dirtier day by day. Why not shower at night and go to bed nice and clean?

showering in the morning helps me wake up...but i usually don't do it because i value the extra 10 minutes of sleep more.

Because if I go to bed clean, then I workout in the morning I have to take another shower like 10 hours after I took the pre-bed one, and two showers a day is not good for skin and hair. However, if I take on the night before and then don't shower again in the morning, my hair is a flat mess all day and an oil slick by 3 in the afternoon.

i'm a guy. I look the same all the time. IMO women look worse showering in the morning and having that damp look to them. Fixing your hair from sleeping on it vs showering, drying, then fixing sounds a lot easier as well.

I either shower first thing in the morning before taking my son to school or right after lunch before picking my son up. It just depends on how rushed I am in the morning. Once a month, I'll have a really bad day and will skip that day's shower.
