They are absolute garbage at the moment.

Sent this in a PM but I feel it is worthy for others to see if anyone searches in the future.

The place is like a snake pit. People routinely stab each other in the back trying to get ahead and a lot of management does not care about your development. I joined back in the worst of the financial downturn and they hired a lot of people that were far more capable of the positions they were put in. Instead of realizing this and grooming those employees to move up they tried to pigeon hole them in a dead end job. Inevitably, due to this, when things started looking brighter those employees left to bigger and better things. Complete lack of foresight by management. Now to be fair there were some managers I encountered that were great, I just didn't happen to work with any of them and this seemed to be the norm around the office.
