What's the parking situation look like? Who has dips on garage? Is it a single car driveway?

we have a tight overnight parking situation. There are 3 passes for street parking and a one car driveway and a small garage. If you park on the street with no parking pass from midnight - 7am you will be towed. It is kind of rigid, But you can request like 15 guest passes from the homeowners association if you have a get together or what have you.

The gargage is also sort of half full of previous room mate's junk that hasn't been taken to the dump. We want to clean it sooner rather than later.

Rent is still $350/mo not including utilities. Deposit is one month's rent. 1 yr lease starting June 1st 2013.
