http://vimeo.com/36579366tl;dw;Guy that invented a lot of the iPhone stuff has really neat ideas on limitations of current methods of creation. Lots of good tech demos illustrating new ways of animation, game creation and algorithm design.

This guy has quite a resume. Briefly skimming articles on his site makes me feel like a retard.

Too bad the iPhone sucks.

dude the stuff about coding the game in real life is insane.

^^^Yeah and he looks like he couldn't find a job in 2002. I had this idea the other day when arguing with my dad about how nothing really needs a manual.http://www.fastcodesign.com/1664508/apple-designer-creates-teaching-ui-that-kills-math-using-data-viz[Edited on February 24, 2012 at 9:18 PM. That guy sounds like if Eeyore were a computer scientist.

Most of that stuff seems way more useful for teaching than development (and there are tools that already do that circuit stuff). These aren't new ideas either. Lots of people know about these approaches, but most companies are too lame to try new things.

^^ that was pretty interesting…he makes a good point of the picture under glass.Without some weird holographic projection system though, i’m not sure how we can get around this.We can create displays of any shape, even with tactile feedback, and dynamic button geometry's, but we’re still limited to a 2d interaction surface or sliding pictures around under maybe a rough surface. The other option is something that interfaces directly with our brains.

Glass... meet Kinect...

I think ... therefore I control my computer.Fingers are overrated.
