They're IEMs and you can pick up a custom set of silicon sleeves once you get ear impressions from an audiologist. Best sounding IEMs if you want budget and don't want to get into expensive custom drivers (when they actually build the IEM for your ear and can be $1000+).[Edited on January 3, 2012 at 9:34 AM. You've got to make the distinction between earbuds:and in-ear headphones:HUGE difference. IEM is just easier to type/say then in-ear headphone. IEH isn't really a term.
