Hey guys! I am trying to find someone who is willing to sublease my 1 bedroom apartment. I live in Trinity Commons down from Carter Finely on Trinity Rd. It is a nice community and I love living here but recent health problems and financial issues is forcing me to take a semester off. I would be looking for someone to take over starting in January. My lease ends in August. The rent is 716.00 which includes the cable and the water is added to it based on your usage. I know that seems like a lot but for the location it is pretty cheap. The community here is very diverse. There are families, older couples, and of course students. I enjoy it here. Its very nice and quiet. The location is awesome also. It is very close to I40 and Wade Ave. There is a washer and dryer in this unit. There are two club houses. In the main club house there is a tanning bed, fitness center, theater, and a lounge area. Also the complex has two swimming pools. This would be ideal for a graduate student or a recent graduate.
