I found that handprints in cards works pretty well for grandparents, but it probably only works for kids under one year old.Do they still sell shrinkydinks or oven-stained-glass-ornament-kits or are those considered toxic now?

A friend of mine made a Christmas tree out of hand prints with her three year old. She did it with paint, but I remember making them as a kid cutting out hand prints.

Our friend's kid always sends us one of the hand print cards. I must say they are pretty awesome. We love getting them and plan to do the same when our little one gets here in march.
