Hello!
We live near NC State (27606) and are looking for a petsitter for our two dogs, Alfie and Darby.
Darby is a 5.5 yr old 55lb Black Labrador Retriever and Alfie is a 4.5 yr old 29lb Beagle/Whippet Mix (see picture attached of them in their element). I don't want to put them in a kennel. Typically we send them to another petsitter who actually takes them into their home but this year they were unavailable. To me, having the dogs stay at someone's home is ideal, but we definitely wouldn't mind having a petsitter come to our home (where the dogs are very comfortable) and visit them a couple times a day.
Does anyone out there have any availability from Wednesday evening 11/23 through Saturday evening 11/26 to care for these pups? If so, can you tell me your about your petsitting experience and your pricing?

how are they with kids and other dogs?

They are perfectly fine with other dogs and are not aggressive at all. They're fine with kids as well but they are not used to them except when playing outside. We have trained them to be accepting of kids who like to poke at faces, pull up their lips, tug at ears and tails. They're very docile. I imagine that Darby could be very good at making a 2 or 3 year old topple over just by walking past, though.

Probably ok, but since they've rarely encountered any than that may not work out
