Are there any good guides for this game? I hear it is the best management game and I play a lot of NBA2k12/Madden/Out of the Park in management mode. However, I know absolutely nothing about soccer.

Pick up the demo and try it out. It'll let you play half a season which is well over 10 hours of gameplay.

If you don't know much about soccer, you will learn a lot, very quicky. It's a total blast once you get into it.
