I'm usually pretty optimistic about the team, but there's no way I see this one being close.

Should be ugly. Wonder how many TDs we'll give up in the 1st quarter. Over/under at 3.

I see GT jumping out to huge half time lead and then taking foot off the pedal as they rest starters by the 4th quarter.

GT = 41
State = 17

GT gets bit by the TO-Bug. 2 fumbles 2 picks (1 by Amerson) and Sade hits a 51 yd fg as time expires.

Reverse line movement on this game

GT opened at 11 point favorites and it has dropped a whole point to 10 despite getting 78% of the action across online sportsbooks.

yea GT (-10) is just asking for easy money.

I just parlayed it with Clemson (+7), which is also a ludicrous line.

They beat us 128-0 in 1918, so there might have been some hard feeling about scheduling more games back in the day.

But we've both had a football team since 1892 and are a 7 hour road trip away (with today's means of transportation anyways). You would just assume we've played more than 27 times especially since we've been in the same league for ~30 years.

You know GT is gonna try to punt away from TJ. he oughta try to pull this

hell, even if it doesn't work, it won't hurt.

It kinda makes sense. you know Devin Hester can run one back if you make the slightest mistake. You aren't looking at the ball in the air, but at Hester who's calling for the fair catch, and moving as if he's about to field a punt.

I imagine only the punter the the only one hanging back that can see where the ball's actually going.

I dunno, it'd definitely be interesting to see it tried again, sans the hold.

Won't work again for a few years, collegiately or professionally. Every ST coach with a brain will make his players look out for that now.

this one's gonna be hard to watch...giving up long run after long run is demoralizing. We're gonna have to have a high turnover ratio or score almost every time we get the ball since they're most likely gonna have the huge time of possession advantage.

GT has one WTFuckup about every year (Kansas), and with all this negativity this could be the one... because you know, message boards impact games.

With that being said...

GT - 45
NCSU - 28
