I've got a form that I have changed from a Data Entry Yes, to No because I need to have a lookup button. To my knowledge, Data Entry Yes will now work with a lookup (if so, how?).

So, now that its Data Entry No.... it opens with the last records displayed, which I also do not like.

I thought about a macro so that when clicking the close form button would clear the form, but am not certain how to do that.

Another alternative I like would be for the form to display a search popup window when opening the form... that way the user would have to say what they wanted to lookup, and they would not see the last data from someone else.

I'm not certain how to do either of these.... thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
