We're looking to record all of our calls from ~8 offices for compliance and quality. Ideally the inbound and outbound calls would be recorded automatically, and we would have web-based access to listen real-time and to previous calls. Anyone know of reputable vendors in this category? Thanks.

I would call the vendor you currently use for your phone systems. It's more than likely just a module that they can snap into the main box.
