Cross might be your best bet http://www.crosshose.com/ if you don't care about the look. They normally supply for industrial applications but they have all the same sizes as the pretty looking Jegs/Earls/Aeroquip stuff.

you're going to have to go browse the store yourself. the website sucksI'm guessing it would be the Hardware aisle in the pull-out drawers on second thought, those are some damn tiny set screws. I think you're stuck with online sales

that small locally you will have to try a plumbing supply house. steve ashworth in fuquay is the only place that stock aeroquip stuff and pipe thread is tapered to seal, a bolt with teflon tape will not seal well as there is no taper.
