TP-Link TL-PS310U

It lets you access USB devices (printers, usb hard drives, etc) over a network. I bought it new recently but found that it requires Windows software to use, and I wanted to use it with a linux pc.

i didn't try messing with it in wine, also had issues with unable to find linux drivers easily for the printer i was trying to access through it. just decided it was easier to get a new $80 brother laser printer that included network support and linux drivers.
