The bad:

Most of the drawer tracks are damaged; each opens/closes, but isn't tight or comes out easily. These can easily be replaced or fixed

Missing 1 hook to the ladder that secures it to the top bunk

Desk has lots of scratches/screwed together due to damage

Missing the rods for bunking the beds; however, they are just dial rods, which can be purchased at lowe's very cheaply.
