Looking to rent out a bedroom of my 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. I live in Garner, 15 minutes away from Centennial Campus. I travel during the week for work, so you'd probably have a decent amount of privacy. I do have a husky (currently being watched by friends but he will be coming home eventually), so you gotta be ok with pets.

Looking $350/mo and to split utilities, but everything negotiable.
