I bought this jogging stroller:http://www.kolcraft.com/jeep/strollers/jogging/238-jeep-overland-limited-jogging-strollerUnfortunately, the odometer is missing. All the wires are still there and hooked up. I have looked everywhere online to see if there is a replacement one I can buy, and can't find anything. The odometer on this one is supposed to be model AS 814, but I couldn't find anything from using that, either.Do any of you have any experience with this stroller or odometer? Thanks for any help.

I got mine on craigslist. I could never afford a new one.

you can probably replace it with a bike odometer if it takes the same wires

Dear lord I can't imagine spending $300+ on a stroller

$300 isn't much for a top end stroller.many middle-class people quickly and without thinking spend $300 or more on gadgets (phones, cameras, etc), but somehow, a lot of people are shocked by the prices of strollers. for something that would last you years and make your life measurably easier, $300 isn't much at all. (the Jeep one in the OP is available for $150 on amazon, which is a bargain) i, too, was shocked by the prices a couple of years ago, but now not so much (we picked a cheap $120 one which had the one feature we were looking for and none of the expensive ones did).italian brands can easily run close to a grand or more! to the OP:contact the person you bought it from... see if they have it sitting in the garage somewhere. otherwise, the best thing would be to contact the manufacturer directly and ask them how you can go about getting and installing another original odometer. shouldn't be expensive. (hopefully)

I'd think you can get these easily off Craigslist or from friends who are out of the stroller stage. I see strollers all the time being free-curbed in Durham- my friend who will be TTC soon found a perfectly good one next door to her old house. I place them in the same category as bike racks, end tables and lawn furniture- people frequently seem to swap these things in and out of their lives.

I got my Jeep stroller at a 2nd hand store for $10 and then went online and bought a few pieces new. I cannot believe I didn't have one of these!! They are amazing.
