anybody know of a Ethernet to (USB or Sata or esata, any one of the three is fine) adapter that supports FTP and NTFS? i have files over 4GB in size.

say what?Are you trying to get your external enclosure on your network? I'm thoroughly confused as to why you'd want to use NTFS on any external storage, but sure, ok.

it is currently formatted as NTFS, but I really just need FTP and >4GB file size support, and can move files, format, and move files again to drive if necessary. i guess ext3 does >4GB files, says wikipedia.

i have a fan-cooled USB and eSATA box with a 1TB drive, and i'd like to prevent wasting that $.
