Looking for a furnished 2-4 bedroom house or apt from June 27-August 15(give or take a week). Probably a 6-8 week rental. Building a house in the Charlotte area, and need a short term furnished rental while it's under construction. House sell in Raleigh closes June 30, but would like to start moving into rental June 27. I know it's a long shot, but I'm having a lot of trouble finding anything, so I figured it was worth a shot on here. New house is in Belmont, so would be great if it's near that, but open to just about anything in the Charlotte area. Would also consider going pretty far out, ie. Hickory, Statesville, etc. Would consider just about anything really.

I guarantee you that Charlotte has furnished apartments available, search for corporate apartments or something. Alternatively you could look at extended stay motels, the type that contractors stay at when.

they do have quite a bit of corporate housing, but all that's left is 1 bedrooms because they are filming a movie in Charlotte this summer, and all the corp rental agencies said between that and the summer internships everything with more than 1 bedroom is filled. We found a house in Pinehurst, it's a little out there, but the golf is a nice incentive.
