Zillow values are based on the square footage according to tax records which are always off. The home is taxed at a square footage of 1,432 but it is actually 1,810 and zillows value of course do not fact in any upgrades etc

"Hwd laminates" Makes you sound like an idiot. I would not respect a realtor that put this in an ad. It's either engineered hardwood, or laminate (which is fake wood print glued to crap).Just saying why you might not be getting responses. I'd rather have vinyl than laminate, at least it won't self destruct the first time it gets wet.

yea, but 5522 nur was just sold a few months ago for $135k. Little bit less square footage, but same neighborhood.

There are past issues with those back corner Nur Lane houses and the last HOA meeting I attended a year and change ago had the owners bitching up a storm. Those houses have had some problems that the rest of the neighborhood hasn't really seen.That said, 5522 is a two bedroom, while the one in question here is a three bedroom townhouse, which could also lead to a significant price difference.
