Any advice or old tests? feel like this test is gonna kill me

If the tests are the same as they used to be, you need to memorize all of the derivations. There isn't really any other way around that part. For the other problems try to draw the best free-body diagram you can. Maybe re-work all old test problems and a few of the harder homework questions.

memorize the derivations and rework every homework problem. you'll pass.

I didn't have Silverberg for dynamics but I did have him for controls. Even if you don't have a clue how to solve a problem, try to at least write down some equations or anything you may think may be associated with the problem. Silverberg is pretty good about partial credit and he'll probably give you at least a few points if you put in some effort.

Is Silverberg still doing multiple choice dynamics exams or did he switch back to open format?

multiple choicefreaking hate his tests. I don't even know why he teaches this course.
