I also have one "new" and one "like-new" Elite Wireless Controllers. A play and charge kit which I bought only because I was told I could use it to make one of my wireless controllers work with my PC to play PC games, and I have an extra audio adapter.

Is the play and charge kit brand new?

The plug and play kit was unboxed for roughly two days. I installed a bunch of emulators on one of my laptops and wanted to use one of several wireless xbox controllers I have... only they wouldn't work straight up without buying some adaptor. I didn't want to wait so after speaking with someone who I thought knew what they were talking about, I went and bought the charge and play kit thinking windows would recognize it but it didn't. After trying for a day or so I boxed it back up. I would consider it new. $30 for Assassin's Creed. I just bought it a couple weeks ago.
