also it's broken. It does this flicker thing and sounds like the intro to "Slow Ride" when you turn it on. It used to do this for several minutes and then turn on, but now it does it indefinitely.

Might be fixable.

Model number is IS-LCDTV32. Most of the reviews are negative and a good number say "DO NOT BUY THIS TV". Fortunately this one is being given away, not sold.
