4BR/2BA house Off lineberry 12 month lease $312.50 per month $416.66 if there are only 3 of us. Utilities are split. House has a large garage, all appliances, bit of a backyard. We have a dog, but its cool, well trained and pretty much just lays around all the time unless you play with it. Furnished except for your bed.

Landlord is extremely cool and a wolfwebber. We are students and stay up late a lot but are pretty quiet after dark if anyone is studying or sleeping. I have lived here for two years and have never had a problem with neighbors, landlord or anyone. Cool house but roommates are moving out of town, need more! One room may be available earlier if necessary but probably not by the time the semester is over
