Not trolling, but by a new one at Costco / Sam's Club and keep the old one as a backup

This place sounds like the place to go. I've been meaning to check it out, near the Wal-Mart at 70/401 in Garner. The do commercial (the ones in the plant at work have their tag) and I hear do their own testing and filling.
