This limping around for the first hour I wake up and anytime i get out of my office chair after sitting for an hour is getting old fast.

I had them and it was horrible horrible pain. Then I had the surgery, now everything is all good. If you have the option, get the surgery. Its painful as hell during recovery but definitely worth it.

mine bleed sometimes, it sucks. the colonoscopy to find out i had them blew pretty bad.
