I've been using eJabberd in various forms for a few years, and I've recently installed it for an internal communications system over using MSN or Google Talk. I was called right after they lost internet during a critical meeting and lost internal communication.

My question is this: is there a way to marry the new internal jabber server with an external service? GTalk, MSN, AIM, don't care - I'm even open to punching a port and running it straight to the net, but I haven't found a great internet or flash client yet.
