i didnt realize you could add other tracking lists. thats cool. It has a built in one that can automatically block urls based on how often their accessed across domains (ex: google analytics)

The "built-in" one is like how InPrivate Filtering without any imported lists works; the problem is that if you set it to Automatic, you'll end up building a huge list of false positives, like blocking jQuery

also it doesnt block common local resources, it blocks cross domain resources. So if you're refrencing a local copy of jquery on your own webserver its fine. Its only a problem if you reference stuff on a 3rd party domain (ex: google's jquery)

That's actually a big problem, because lots of sites use third-party Javascript and CSS frameworks; it's what led me to switch my recommendation for the filtering mode from 1 (automatic) to 2 (choose what to block), because after browsing long enough, certain e-commerce sites would stop working.
