I need to take a humanity course as part of my ECE fulfillment, but course is restricted to "Department Consent Required" so who do I need to talk to to enroll? I emailed the professor of that course and he said "If you can get the paperwork and see me, I will sign it."

Thanks.

^He can still add with instructor permission until Monday at 5 PM... not sure why you wasted a post with that info.

Anyways, go to Registration and Records Monday morning and ask for the paperwork to add a class with instructor permission. Make sure to have him sign that paperwork that afternoon, and bring it back to R&R before 5 PM Monday, otherwise you are SOL.

@xblshadow. you blind or something? you should expect a college student to be able to figure out what to do just by reading that. why would you waste a post with more info?

Well maybe he didn't live in Bowen Hall his freshman year and know where Harris Hall is? I at least wanted to let him know that he has only one business day left to get it sorted out.

who said anything about living in bowen hall? finding harris hall is as simple as a google search with the words ncsu harris hall and clicking the first result. i don't see why further explanation is needed. if TC still can't figure out by himself, he shouldn't be in college in the first place. you know there's a reason why they don't put the directions to harris hall on the academic calendar right?, b/c they expect a college student to be able to figure out on their own. plus, the academic calendar tells you everything about when is the last day to add, drop, etc. so how about you think before you speak out of your ass next time.

I just brought Bowen up because it's probably the one dorm in which you can see Harris Hall from (Maybe Tucker too?). Well, then again, if I was on say... the second floor, I'm not sure if I would be able to see it out of the window, there are trees around there.

Besides, you come on here all the time asking for help on various subjects, so I don't understand why you, a Criminology major, don't hold yourself to the same standards on figuring stuff out. This section of TWW is meant for giving people information, not shoving their questions aside. Get over yourself.

thats not my point. i know it is ok to ask for help, but its not necessay to ask when it can be figured out on your own, that encorages laziness. besides i ask about stuff you can't really find elsewhere, which you need someone to answer for. what i am saying is why purpisely troll/ irritate someone trying to help (myself) by purposely posting something like "why waste a post" when the post was obviously the correct answer, and no further statements were necessary, (did TC post reply asking were Harris hall was?) you obviously sounded arrogant like only your response can be correct or something ,at least show some damn respect to the other people trying to help. so how about you get over yourself huh?

Did I really read this shit right?

Pretty much ever damn question of yours can be found out on your own. Where the fuck do you think people here are finding the answer's from? The School's website. If you can't find it elsewhere, we can't find it elsewhere to. We have the same exact access to information that you do.
