Anybody have any DDR400 ram they're looking to get rid of for free or $rhode_island? Ideally I'd like to get some matching combination of 4GB

I have 4 sticks of 512, but that does not fit your specifications.

I have 2 dimms 1gb each of nice g.skill ddr400 low latency with heat spreaders. will sell the pair for $40
