So should I order this thing?

I just received a refurb monitor from Dell outlet and it seems to look and function just fine. Shipping was quick. I did have to return it because the color of the housing was wrong (tried to get the white one to mach my XPS Studio, and they sent me black), and they accepted the return, paid postage, and even offered me cash to keep the black one. Great service overall. I ordered a 22.1'' UltraSharp from them and kept it.However, I recently bought a better-spec'd 9100 tower from Craigslist for less money off Craigslist, so you may want to take a look there. It is still serviceable through Dell. Search and you will find.

I bought a laptop about a two years ago from the Dell Outlet and, knock on wood, it's still going strong. My girlfriend bought a laptop from them and the keyboard died at random. Not sure if it has to do with it being a refurb or the fact that it's just an inexpensive laptop (Inspiron Mini), but it was a $30 fix and is otherwise fine.

I bought a refurb monitor (SP2309W) from the outlet last April and it was flawless. No dead pixels, not a scratch on it. Paid $200 with free shipping for a monitor with better than full HD resolution, webcam, mic, and built in USB hub. I told a friend and he bought the same monitor and loves it as well. From this experience plus what I've heard from other friends I'd say the outlet is pretty legit.

I purchased it (and used the coupon!) and just got it setup! ^What monitor did you get?

If you can't be assed to build one yourself, then that's not too bad. But I think you should look into building it yourself.
