http://www.simplyhired.com is just about the same thing, but indeed pulls from almost everywhere

It still misses positions on bigger companies sometimes. If you're in the job hunt, I'd make a list of 10-15 companies you would want to check on a regular basis on the specific company website. Try networking through NCSU's career center. They might not have a specific job being recruited through the school, but definetly an HR contact to get through the global HR submission site.
