We are looking for someone to fill one room at lake park condos. This is individually owned by Mrs. Goodwin. On the first floor next door to the office. Rent is 310 a month. We have cable/internet we split 3 ways for now until we get a 4th. At that time it will only cost you 37.50 a month. Like I said the 310 covers everything else.
