The house has unobstructed views of Umstead Park from the front porch, and the park is easily accessible from the development. If you are into road or mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, or fishing, the proximity to Umstead will be a real plus for you.

The house is just over 1300 square feet one story home, and has three bedrooms and two full baths, gas fireplace, full kitchen, dining room, den, back patio, and garage. The house was built in 1999 and we replaced the Heat/AC unit this year. 50 yards to the community pool facility.

Thanks synapse. Yeah, I think it is the same as you are familiar with. It is on a hill, and the sun sets over the trees at Umstead in the evening. When we lived there we would hang out on the steps with a cold beer on summer evenings, and watch the sun go down.
